Local Utilities
Through our monthly homeowners association dues, Cascade Crest pays for ................ . Cascade Crest is not responsible for any other utilities and homeowners are responsible for all other utilities that serve their own units.
Below is a list of local area utility providers, and we welcome suggestions to help us keep the list current. Note that for several utilities there is a choice of providers, and Cascade Crest neither warrants nor recommends any particular provider.

Section 4-b: No air conditioning unit or equipment, or fans may be installed in or through a window or window opening of the Unit....
Section 8:... parking spaces may be reserved by the Board for use of Owners holding a current, authorized disabled parking permit.
Section 11- C: All dogs and cats shall be validly licensed by Clark County.

Landscape
Cascade Crest Codo's beautifully landscaped and spacious grounds make it stand apart from other condominiums. This is made possible by the dedicated efforts of our Landscape Advisory Committee. Working under the direction of the Board of Directors, the Committee makes contributions in the following areas:
Maintenance and Repair
The homeowners association is responsible for maintaining the common grounds and facilities, utility systems, and in general, the external building shell and components; homeowners are responsible for maintaining the internal building components. The table, below, is intended only to be a guide; specifics are covered by Edgetree's Governing Documents.
To request maintenance and repairs, complete a Work Request Form. For urgent issues, such as water leaks, homeowners should phone our management company, BPM HOA Management (BPM).
