Drywall Technician
Drywall technician will be coming at 9am to look at the damage caused from replacing the drywall. On Wednesday, the drywall patches will be patched, mudded and sanded.

Spring Extra Garbage Day:
We will be replacing the GFCI circuts ina all units in your building. They will need access to the laundry area to swap the washing macine plug with FGCI circuit. They will also need acces to the Garages to replace the overhead light switch with GFCI circuit. Finally, they will be installing a power outlet for the sump pump under unit 5411 D and F (access to neededcrawl spaces).

Volunteers Needed:
We will need a volunteer to take stuff to the dump on May 21st. The dumpster will be emptied on Friday May 20th and picked back up on our regular Monday service. Owners and residents have all weekend to fill up the dumpster with bagged or small items. Large items will be taken to the dump on May 21st.

We're having a clean up your condo day. Toss the old stuff in your garages, closets, etc. Big items should be placed NEXT to the dumpster. Bag items should be tossed INTO the dumpster.

Volunteering together as a family is a wonderful way of creating a special bond and lasting memories for families. In an effort to make this easier for families, we offer a number of resources to help families continue to foster the giving spirit within the home and provide opportunities to give back to others. From ideas on inspiring and teaching compassion to community service project ideas for kids, teens, and families there is something for everyone.

A major part of HOA management is conducting the annual meeting. Annual meetings require significant work.
Board members must be very careful not to discuss and resolve issues amongst themselves via e-mail prior to the annual meeting. Some states even cite this practice as a violation.
New Drop Box

New owners drop box is installed next to the mail boxes. Please use this box for communicating with the board of directors or for returning forms or payment to the board. This box is secured with a lock and is checked daily
